Account Manager | POS | London | Up to £40k

 

Global multi site marketing organisation with an impressive portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries renowned for their POS and print services, achieving multiple awards and accreditations.  With a commitment to sustainability, this is a business who works closely with their clients offering a consultative approach, helping them engage with consumers for unrivalled global marketing services.

 

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finish
  • Project managing production relating to print
  • Providing print schedules and input and advice on print projects as required
  • Suggesting alternative cost saving options and innovation where possible
  • Producing detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge

 

Key attributes required:

  • Experience in a client facing role is essential
  • Skilled in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print/digital solutions is preferred
  • Previous experience working in print/print buying, POS experience in FMCG work desirable
  • Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
