Account Manager | Print and Direct Mail | Belgium | Up to €55k + bonus and benefits package

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Providing technical input and advice on print projects and direct mail as required
• Taking briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finish
• Remaining in contact with suppliers and clients, taking ownership of the relationship and developing it further
• Negotiating costings and timescales for each job and selecting the most appropriate supplier
• Work with the Senior Account Manager to identify new business opportunities

Key attributes required:

• Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print/DM/digital solutions is preferred
• Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)
• Experience in a client facing role is essential
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Based in Belgium able to travel to Mechelen
