As Account Manager, on a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring activity is recorded using the designated company tools and kept up to date at all times
  • Taking briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finish for POS requirements
  • Working as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting
  • Ensuring profit is maximised through analysis of performance and to maximise savings opportunities 
  • Working with Senior Account Manager to identify new business opportunities

 

Key attributes required:

  • Previous experience working in POS/ print management/ print buying/ marketing print procurement essential
  • Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
  • Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print/digital solutions is preferred
  • Leadership and management experience is desirable
  • Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
