Account Manager | Print & POS | Belgium | Excellent Salary & Benefits Package

As Account Manager, on a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical and creative input and advice on projects as required
  • Taking briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finish
  • Suggesting alternative options and innovation where possible
  • Briefing suppliers on client requirements 
  • Monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time


Key attributes required:

  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a good sense of humour
  • Has a high level of technical print and POS knowledge with detailed understanding of different techniques
  • Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign creative/ print/digital solutions is preferred
  • Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
  • Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Based in Belgium, must be able to speak Dutch
  • Can travel to Brussels and Mechelen and also with work from home
