Account Manager | Promotional Merchandise | Hybrid - West London | Up to £40k plus Bonus



Global multi site marketing organisation with an impressive portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries renowned for their POS and print services, achieving multiple awards and accreditations.  With a commitment to sustainability, this is a business who works closely with their clients offering a consultative approach, helping them engage with consumers for unrivalled global marketing services.



As Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finish
  • Producing detailed specifications for internal and external clients
  • Briefing suppliers on client requirements
  • Providing technical input and advice on promo projects to both clients and colleagues as required 
  • Monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time


Key attributes required:

  • Promotional merchandising sourcing or purchasing experience with a high level of technical knowledge of promotional goods 
  • Excellent knowledge and background in promotional goods/items/ merchandise projects, ideally for large FMCG clients
  • Previous experience in dealing with promotional goods suppliers
  • Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs 
  • Technical understanding of differences in printing materials e.g. woods, plastics, fabrics and metals etc
