Exciting opportunity for an Experienced Account Manager to join our successful sales team. 

This is an incredibly exciting and diverse role in which you will be responsible for driving new business and growing our existing Client and printer partner relationships and become a leading contributor in helping the company reach its ambitious growth plans.

Working with an array of long-established clients to present the case for investment in print finishing systems’ upgrade, new automation and wider use of technology.

You will have the opportunity to develop critical experiences which will enable you to accelerate your commercial career for further opportunities in IFS in the years ahead.

Responsibilities

  • Driving new business growth through the development of a strong pipeline of new opportunities. 
  • Work with key customers and printer partners to forge and grow strong working relationships which deliver profitable sales growth. 
  • Working closely with the wider IFS Sales Team to drive new business development across key national and international customers. 
  • Working with the Sales and Service Support Teams to ensure the best possible customer experience of our products and services.
  • Management of all internal steps and processes vs. customer expectations to deliver the sale. 
  • Build winning relationships through effective stakeholder management – both internal and external. 
  • Monitoring and analysing customer performance, identifying trends to support the accurate forecasting of business performance.


You will have already demonstrated successful performance within sales of capital equipment to industry and hopefully within print finishing and/or bindery machinery sector and you will be passionate about building high value customer relationships and be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and have a determined focus on delivering results.

You will be self-driven and able to demonstrate your experience of delivering new business wins vs. stretching targets. Your ability to adapt your communication style to a broad range of decision makers, be resilient in the face of challenging situations and be able to influence both internally and externally will be key.


 A good knowledge and understanding of offset litho, digital printing, print finishing and perfect binding would be advantageous.
