Account Manager | Small and Large Format Print | Central London - Hybrid | £35k

 

This company is growing at a rapid pace, with huge investment going into both their site and the staff, times are extremely exciting. They specialise in both small and large format digital print as well as promotional merchandise. With state of the facilities they are producing a variety of high end work to a wealth of blue chip clients.

 

As Account Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Taking over and managing well established accounts driving relationships forward
  • Taking briefs from clients and translating to production, maintaining client communication and timeline tracking
  • Providing end to end account management, from order to delivery, overseeing and organising orders, deliveries and installations
  • Developing a deep understanding of each client’s business, goals, and pain points
  • Anticipating client needs and proactively providing profitable solutions 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven account management/client services/ project management experience
  • Adaptable to changing client needs or unexpected challenges
  • Experience in print is essential, or promotional merchandising experience
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role, commuting distance to central London
  • Strong relationship building skills and time management skills
  • Management of installations desired
