As Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and developing strong relationships with existing clients, managing expectations throughout
  • Communicating regularly and attending meetings, where appropriate 
  • Taking briefs from client and delivering to internal departments
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Using the MIS system efficiently and raising purchase orders

Key attributes required:

  • Must have experience working with transactional or direct mail
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Fantastic time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Energetic and motivated individual
