A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone with transactional mailing experience to work for a leading communications company in the North West.  If delivering exceptional customer service is what you do best, and if you are ready for a new challenge in a growing, focused company, then this is the Account Management opportunity you have been searching for. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, outgoing individual, able to deal with client pressure and short timelines.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for supporting transactional mailing campaigns for a portfolio of Clients. You will have a customer focused approach to service delivery across all aspects of the work.


  • Manage, coordinate and work collaboratively with the Account Management team to support and advise the client
  • Develop and maintain a rapport with key client stakeholders while applying a commercial and added value approach
  • Ensure all agreed SLAs, quality standards and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Respond to client briefs and queries within a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure quality procedures are followed
  • Promptly escalate any issues as they arise
  • Identify opportunities for added value, process improvement and/or efficiencies.

Skills required for this role:

  • You should be customer centric.
  • Have excellent administration and organisational skills, attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communicator, ensuring strong Client relationships are created and maintained.
  • Strong knowledge of transactional mail
  • On a less serious note, a good sense of humour and ability to be a fantastic team player.
