As part of our client's continued expansion and following significant investment in the business, we've been tasked with recruiting an experienced Account Manager to join their friendly, close-knit and growing team.

As well as having a print background, you will ideally have exposure to direct mail as well. To succeed in this role you must be organised, efficient, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment to ensure customer’s high standards & needs are always met.

‘can do’ and ‘can I help’ attitude and willingness to involve yourself in all stages of a client’s project is essential to succeed in this rewarding role.

Responsibilities…


  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients on a regular basis, ensuring meaningful and timely communication.
  • Working with clients in a proactive, consultative manner, delivering advice and solutions to their problems.
  • Interpreting clients specifications and providing quotations in a timely manner or against pre-agreed SLA's
  • Using an MIS system to accurately create works instructions, briefing internal teams and owning the projects from start to finish to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Liaising with multiple suppliers to source project related collateral, which involves requesting quotes, raising PO’s and placing orders.
  • Accurate invoicing of all projects being managed
  • Handling customer queries/complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring any client or inhouse monthly SLA’s & KPI’s are achieved
  • Attending meetings with internal teams and clients as and where required.
  • Providing cover for other members of the client services team


Skills/Experience

  • Experience of the direct mail industry is preferable.
  • Client focussed
  • Excellent attention detail and ability to interpret specifications, artwork and client briefs
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good IT and computer skills
