Kingsbury Press are a luxury print company based in the heart of Doncaster at the iPort with great transport links by Car and Public Transport. We are looking for Account Managers to work within our rapidly expanding, innovative print operation, working with some of the biggest companies in the world such as Ferrari, Givenchy and Range Rover, while we go through an extraordinary period of growth.

The ideal Candidate will be able to consistently hit personal KPIs, specific to role, by supporting existing customers through their customer journey and building lasting and strong relationships with key decision makers in those businesses to support them moving forward.


With a starting salary for this role of £25,000-£35000 Per Annum, Working 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9-5:30, on a full time permanent basis.


The role will include:

  • Answer inbound calls/Emails, filter and transfer if needed
  • Be the 1st point of contact for Clients
  • Provide early stage customer support and advice on pending projects. Liaise with the production team and outworkers to provide customers accurate timings for pending and ‘live’ print projects.
  • Provide estimating support to internal team, making revisions to existing quotations, across all product types.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for complete projects, leading jobs through from conception to completion.
  • Provide customers with comprehensive technical support, recommendations and advice across all products and processes.
  • Check customer artwork, report back on anomalies and guide customer through required changes necessary.
  • Handling of Client Visits.
  • Arranges Press Passes where required
  • Attends twice daily production meetings and weekly Account Manager meetings
  • Suggesting service improvements to relevant department heads.


The abilities that are required are to:

  • Respond to tasks/projects, from the Head of Client Success, effectively and within the agreed time scales, including hitting individual and team KPI targets.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly manner with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Develop positive relationships with other departmental Managers
  • Readily take part in Training Sessions to enhance their own personal development.
  • Develop positive relationship with clients and willingness to maintain these relationships.
  • Work readily with calculations and quotes.
