A Fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a leading direct mail and e-commerce company based in the Midlands.  If delivering exceptional customer service is what you do best, and if you are ready for a new challenge in a growing, focussed company, then this is the Account Management opportunity you have been searching for. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, outgoing individual, able to deal with client pressure and short timelines.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of Clients across e-commerce, direct mail, and fulfilment.  You will have a customer focused approach to service delivery across all aspects of the work.

Key responsibilities:

    To manage all Client enquiries and schedules, ensuring future work is booked into Production in a timely manner.

    Manage the end-to-end delivery of all Client orders.

    Accurately communicate the Clients’ requirements to the relevant departments within the company.

    Identify opportunities for added value, process improvement and/or efficiencies.

    Act as the main daily contact for the Client.

    Ensure all agreed SLAs, quality standards and deadlines are adhered to.


About You 

    You should be customer centric.

    Have excellent administration and organisational skills, attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure.

    Excellent communicator, ensuring strong Client relationships are created and maintained.

    Experience within fulfilment, e-commerce and/or direct mail would be an advantage, but not essential.  The main thing is your attitude and desire to deliver excellent customer service.

    On a less serious note, a good sense of humour and ability to be a fantastic team player.
