At our Kettering site we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to be responsible for customer relationships and the management & smooth-running of projects through every part of the business, including external suppliers.

 

You will work as part of our Client Services Team by developing and maintaining positive relationships with relevant customer stakeholders, ensuring they always receive World Class customer service.  You will proactively communicate with our customers to discuss previous and current projects whilst looking to grow each account with new opportunities and product/service offerings and ensure that all projects are delivered ‘on time in full’ and to the customers’ exact specifications
