ACCOUNT / PROJECT MANAGER - SIGNAGE AND MARKETING SUITE INTERIORS

NORTHAMPTONSHIRE

Our client primarily works with the country's largest national house builders and as such as built up a formidable reputation for quality and service within this sector. They are currently looking to increase their client base in this sector but also diversify into other sectors where signage and large format print is a requirement.

Based in the East Midlands they cover to country nationwide. They have a full signage and furniture production facilities based over two 10,000 sq ft units together with satellite installation teams across in UK. They are looking for a time served experienced executive ideally from within the sign and digital print industry (other industry backgrounds considered), living within Northamptonshire but willing to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • The Account / Project Management team are responsible for organising each project from liaising with the client, building relationships, through to working with production & installation.
  • They are looking for someone who can offer the following:
  • Have a fantastic attitude towards quality, customer satisfaction and the company.
  • Manage client orders and see them through to completion
  • Attend site surveys on site around the UK.
  • Provide the client with quotations, confirmations of orders, updates throughout orders and photographs of completed installations.
  • Ensure correct scheduling of orders, maximising opportunities (combining installations to ensure efficiency).
  • Ensure purchases are made for requirements on budget.
  • Monitoring of job values to ensure a profitable day's work for Install teams.
  • Attend site surveys and site set ups via company vehicle or agreed per mileage amount.
  • Managing Dedicated Graphic Designer.

Experience required

  • Experience in project management within the sign industry and or interior installations such as shop fitting would be a distinct advantage
  • A pro-active approach in finding solution
  • Experience in communicating and organising the completion of projects with multiple departments.
  • High levels of communication skills.
  • Full driving licence
