ARTWORKER / PRINT OPERATOR - LARGE FORMAT

Hours Of Work: Flexible (7am-3pm, 8am-4pm)

£Open depending on Experience + Overtime Paid 1 ½

Our client is a family run large format print and fabrication specialist who have been established for over 24 years. They work with some of the world leading coffee and food brands as well as design agencies and well known retailers.

The company strive to create strong, long-term working relationships with clients, partnering to create unique graphic solutions. They are now looking for a Artworker / Print Operator to join their team. The company works closely as a team helping each other out so willingness to lend a hand and learn new skills is essential for this role.

The role will roughly split between 60% Artworking 40% in Production

Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and RIP software
  • Knowledge / understanding of Arizona flat bed, Colorado roll to roll, Epson fine art printer, Graphtec, Zund Cutters, Plotters
  • The position will be varied so the chosen candidate will be flexible and work well in a team
  • Attention to detail must be second to none
  • Able to manage own time and workload
  • Be proactive and work to tight deadlines
  • Flexible and willing to work overtime as and when required
  • As well as being a team player you will also have the ability to work under your own initiative when needed
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
