The business

We are a label and sticker printing company which operates three of the largest online brands in our sector. From stickers for branding, through to labels for products, we continue to grow rapidly while supplying the UK with bespoke printing that thousands of businesses rely on every week.

And with our large online presence, we combine manufacturing with the very latest innovations in digital commerce.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Be held accountable for achieving sales targets and business goals
  • Put together business proposals and deliver them with confidence and creativity
  • Plan and implement organised steps to achieve agreed goals
  • Manage a team of sales and marketing agents, including coaching, motivation, stat-tracking and additional recruitment and onboarding where needed
  • Organise call-related outbound marketing campaigns
  • Give your team feedback on their marketing activities to ensure they’re following best practices and maximising KPIs
  • Manage a system to carry out market research and identify business prospects for outreach
  • Research and utilise media and trade publication opportunities
  • Generate introductory meetings with key decision makers and interact to convert prospects into customers
  • Work with Head of Sales and collaborate with other department managers to help achieve the overall company objectives 
  • Research opportunities to expand our product range into new markets
  • Generate new business leads using means such as networking events, exhibitions, open days and trade shows, including project management of these activities

What we need from you:

  • Experience in outbound sales and marketing
  • Good planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Good sales coaching skills, with the ability to lead by example where needed
  • Confidence to engage and negotiate at all levels
  • Fantastic teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • A keen interest in marketing and sales psychology
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Customer focused - with the ability to communicate well and create strong rapport 
  • A desire for continuous learning and self-improvement
  • A good eye for sales and marketing talent to assist with team recruitment 
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and adaptive to rapidly-changing environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong desire and ability to evolve sales skills and technical product knowledge
  • Strong proficiency in computers
