Due to requirement for additional capacity, an opportunity has arisen in our production department, and we are looking for a litho press minder to run a modern Heidelberg XL75 LE-UV press on permanent night shift. You will be working within a close knit, dynamic team to push our flagship equipment to its potential and delight our fantastic customer base. About the role: 

 

You will join us on a full time contract basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary dependant on experience. As our press minder, you will be responsible for ensuring that litho work is produced efficiently and to the highest standard, and our flagship machines are maintained in line with best practice.

 

What we're looking for:

 

This role requires strong personal initiative, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and excellent time keeping skills as well as a positive company orientated attitude and desire to consistently achieve and perform at the highest level.

You will have proven experience in operating litho presses efficiently, producing high quality output and performing scheduled maintenance.

 

You will have experience running Heidelberg XL presses, ideally with UV ink.

 

Whilst not essential experience running RMGT presses would also be desirable. 

 

The roles key accountabilities are:

  • Driving efficiencies at all stages through the production process.
  • Have a thorough attention to detail to produce accurate work with mistakes within targeted number/value.
  • Press productivity.
  • Press maintenance.
