As a forward-thinking business with a strong reputation for service and quality, our client is now seeking a Business Development Director to help drive continued growth. This is a key senior role, ideal for someone with a deep understanding of flexographic print production and a proven ability to translate technical capability into commercially successful client solutions.

About the Role

In this strategic and hands-on role, you will:

  • Lead new business development efforts, while growing existing client relationships.
  • Identify and create tailored labelling solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the board to shape sales strategy and achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Translate market insight into effective go-to-market plans and pitches.
  • Handle complex sales propositions, from concept to close, often involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Analyse performance data to guide strategic decision-making and accurately forecast sales opportunities.
