Due to growth, we are looking for a Business Development lead with the gravitas to profile and win the perfect contracts to lead growth and acquisition of new accounts.

Business Development Director | Marketing Services, Print Management, Promotional Merchandise | UK or Europe based | £90k - £100k basic salary + OTE

As Business Development Director, you will be responsible for:

• Profiling and winning long term outsourcing contracts
• Offering  fully integrated services across marketing, print management, POS & promotional merchandise
• Responsible for the UK and Europe
• Identifying growth opportunities promoting the groups full range of services
• Working with internal and external pitch teams to put together winning pitches

Key attributes required:

• Extensive knowledge of the FMCG market – particular interest in beverage or cosmetics customers
• Successful track record in developing, nurturing and winning new contractual business
• Experience of operating across multiple countries
• Ability to develop regional strategy and to execute with the support of regional teams
• High level of understanding of outsourcing marketing services/ print management
