Business Development Director – New Product Development | Film – Multi Layer Laminates | Europe | Excellent Salary based on Experience

As Business Development Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the sales strategy for new business development for multi layer laminates selling across Europe
  • Utilising market knowledge, identifying and profiling potential new customers to Food Sector including Meat Cheese and Dairy
  • Collaborating with the product development team to align new products with market needs and customer demands
  • Driving sales and revenue growth by leveraging existing and new business opportunities
  • Leading the sales team, mentoring and overseeing the wider sales activities

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven high level experience in business development, in the flexible packaging/film industry
  • Strong knowledge of the food sector, specifically meat, cheese, and dairy markets
  • Demonstrated success in devising and implementing growth strategies
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills with the ability to maintain and build long-term customer partnerships
  • Leadership experience with a track record of building and growing business divisions
