Business Development Director | Transactional Print & Multi-Channel Solutions | UK | £70k - £80k basic OTE £100k+

 

An organisation with a rich heritage of partnering with financial and business services as well as the public sector to help improve communication between organisations and their customers. Offering a consultative approach, building a two-way customer communication strategy that puts customers' communication preferences at its core with multi site capabilities.

 

As Business Development Director you will be responsible for:

  • Setting and delivering the sales strategy for transactional print and multi-channel solutions to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identifying, and securing new business opportunities
  • Targeting business across multiple sectors including utilities, financial services and insurance sectors
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership
  • Developing and maintaining senior level client relationships, leading negotiations and closing deals

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role within the multichannel communications, transactional print or related industries.
  • Experience in selling into a range of professional market sectors such as financial services and utilities industry desirable
  • Strong understanding of customer communication strategies, secure data handling, and regulatory requirements
  • Being informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategy and positioning
