Business Development Manager | 3D POS | Midlands | £40k - £50k plus OTE

 

A UK leader manufacturing premium 3D POS solutions and packaging to the food, beverage and retail sectors. Offering innovative corrugated and carton solutions, ranging from standard packaging to full point of sale display units. Sustainability and quality are the main drivers within their culture and have continuously won awards for their outstanding corrugated solutions.

 

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and winning new business for 3D POS and FSDUs with across brands and retail clients
  • Working closely with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met
  • Developing and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
  • Creating strong relationships within the food, beverage and retail markets for continued business
  • Providing excellent customer service and demonstrating your industry knowledge

 

Key attributes required:

  • Experience in selling POS solutions
  • A track record of new business wins
  • Confidence in dealing with senior level decision makers at blue chip organizations
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements in the corrugated/POS sector
  • The ability to visit clients across the Midlands
