Our client has been established for over 35 years they are a manufacturer of litho print, digital print, large format and benefit from an in house design unit.
The company strive off giving their customers the best service and are continually investing in the latest technology to keep them at the forefront of their market.
Our client is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their already flourishing team and to sell digital / litho print / large forma, e-commerce and cross-media services. Whilst they are looking for someone who has prior sales experience, they are open minded about the role and happy to consider any level of experience or industry sector background.

The successful candidate will:

• Have the ability to develop relationships at all levels with customers and prospects
• Have full support by both marketing and sales admin teams
• Be confident in making presentations to customers and prospects - up to director level
• Understand how marketing can assist in identifying good prospects
• Have a customer focussed mentality
• Eagerness for success
• Be confident in managing their own proactive lead generation and pipeline
• Be capable of identifying new market opportunities
• Understand the market and the companies place in it
• Have a customer focussed attitude
• Be capable of listening to customer needs and creating solutions to fit
• Be able to work to targets
