Business Development Manager | Carton Board Packaging – Ready Meals, Meat & Fish | UK – Home Based | Fantastic Salary & Benefits Package


Backed by a global network of specialised production plants and state of the art technologies in pre-print, printing and finishing, as a global leader of folding cartons, they are developing new sustainable packaging for the food sector helping to migrate customers from single use plastic products to more sustainable solutions.


As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering new, sustainable packaging solutions to the food market
  • Working closely with clients to migrate plastic packaging to sustainable carton board solutions
  • Providing a consultative sales approach 
  • Liaising closely with production and NPD teams
  • Growing and developing strong relationships with clients, identifying ways to upsell


Key attributes required:

  • Strong demonstrable knowledge in food packaging 
  • Consultative approach to selling with an interest in sustainable solutions
  • Gravitas and excellent customer relation skills to maintain and develop long, lasting relationships with blue chip clients 
  • Driven and ambitious individual, keen to win new business  and grow accounts 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
