Business Development Manager | Cartons | UK | £70,000 plus bonus 

Working with a premium UK manufacturer, well known across the industry for their high- quality as well as innovative carton solutions. Our client has an established portfolio and history of product excellence and a commitment to sustainability across a wide range of products and sectors. They are at the forefront of facilities with state-of-the-art equipment and dedicated teams.

You will be responsible for:     

•    Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the carton packaging sector across the UK.

•    Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their packaging needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

•    Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.

•    Collaborating closely with our design, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. 

•    Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new product development opportunities.

Key attributes required:

•    Proven track record of success in new business development within the packaging industry, specifically with cartons

•    In-depth knowledge of carton board materials, print processes, and packaging solutions

•    A self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and a strong drive to succeed.

•    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

•    Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
