As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Seeking out and capitalising on new business opportunities in the food sector
  • Developing and executing strategic growth plans to drive sales and revenue targets
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Conducting market analysis to track trends, customer demands, and competitor strategies
  • Creating and delivering impactful presentations, proposals, and sales agreements

 

Key attributes required:

  • At least five years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the packaging industry, ideally within cartons or corrugated
  • A proven history of meeting sales targets and driving business expansion
  • Deep knowledge of packaging materials, production processes, and market trends
  • Skilled at building and maintaining strong client and partner relationships
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a willingness to travel to visit clients as required
