As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Nurturing relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth
• Setting and delivering new sales strategies 
• Providing clients with innovative commercial and small format print solutions
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, focusing on high-value contracts and strategic partnerships
• Working closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction

Key attributes required:

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, with a focus on high-value B2B sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to think strategically and identify long-term opportunities for growth and expansion
• A proactive, results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working within a diverse range of market sectors within the commercial print industry
