Business Development Manager | Contract Packing | UK Nationwide | Up to £55k OTE: £70k

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and winning new business 
• Managing and developing a lucrative client base
• Attending meetings, both onsite with clients and at the manufacturing facility
• Working strategically and effectively to build long-lasting relationships 
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition throughout the sales process

Key attributes required:

• Must have experience working within contract packing sales
• Proven track record of winning new business
• Success developing accounts and increasing revenue
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Real belief in winning work through a solutions approach to selling
