Business Development Manager | Corrugated Packaging | Midlands | £40k - £50k & OTE

This is a company renowned for their innovative corrugated packaging solutions where the service they provide is second to none. With recent investment and state of the art conversion equipment they are looking to grow the organisation immensely over the next few years. They can adapt to market changes exceptionally well along with maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients as a key driver of the business.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and developing new business for corrugated packaging including Ecommerce Packaging, retail and shelf ready packaging, bottle packaging, carton and solid board packaging
• Maximising the conversion of leads into account wins
• Building long lasting relationships with customers
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Targeting the Midlands

Key attributes required:

• Experience within the corrugated packaging industry
• Proven success of sourcing and generating new business
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue and account profitability
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain longlisting relationships with clients
