Business Development Manager | Corrugated | West Midlands | Up to £60k


With extensive coverage and substantial growth in the last 20 years, the business covers a wide range of market sectors including merchants, food, FMCG, industrial, automotive and e-commerce to name a few. The company boast an experienced in-house design team, providing a creative edge to all the products on offer.


As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and winning new business
  • Identifying potential clients and securing contracts across the E-comm, Automotive, Food and Beverage, Health and Beauty
  • Retaining existing clients by meeting their needs and expectations
  • Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors to develop effective strategies for market penetration and growth
  • Regularly reporting on business development activities and sales results



Key attributes required:

  • Proven sales experience in corrugated packaging is essential
  • A consultative and creative approach to selling
  • Positive sales attitude and great industry knowledge
  • Ability to exceed expectations and provide an exceptional service to all clients
  • Confident reporting and ability to use data to refine strategies
