Business Development Manager | Digital Print Solutions | UK – South | Up to £45k plus bonus

A well-established digital printing company with over two decades of experience, dedicated to helping smart businesses flourish through quality digital print. They pride themselves on the service that they provide and speedy solutions.

You will be responsible for: 

•    Understanding client needs and offering tailored digital printing services that include fast turnaround and cost-effective short-run printing.

•    Driving new business opportunities within the small format print sector, focusing on services like booklet, brochure, and leaflet printing.

•    Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

•    Identifying and engaging with potential clients who can benefit from bespoke digital print solutions including large format posters, banners and stands.

Key attributes required:

•    Proven experience in business development, ideally within the small and large format print solutions, print management or related industry.

•    Comprehensive understanding of digital printing processes and capabilities. 

•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

•    A proactive and results-driven approach with a passion for client success. 

•     Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving KPIs and targets.
