Business Development Manager | Digital Print | South East | Basic £35k - £40k, OTE £60k 


Large commercial printers with multi site operation, offering digital & high quality litho print, in-house creative services and mailing. Selling to a diverse range of clients across the tourism, leisure, automotive, retail and sport sectors. An award-winning print and mailing business they have extensive and growing print capacity with a proven record of remaining competitive, agile, and responsive to marketing conditions.


As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and developing new business for small format print
  • Managing and growing existing accounts
  • Establishing long lasting relationships with clients, cross-selling and upselling the product portfolio
  • Developing sales strategy
  • Providing a consultative sales approach 


Key attributes required:

  • A proven track record of success in B2B business development
  • Background in selling small format print and B2 litho
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive approach to relationship development
  • Ambitious and driven with a desire to develop into a future senior capacity
