As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in Direct Mail, Print, and Packaging
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Driving revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strategically position to company as the go-to provider in the industry!

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven track record in developing new business in the print/direct mail or print sector
  • A results-driven mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ambition and drive – we’re looking for someone keen to grow into a leadership role
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Relationship builder able to identify and deliver additional revenue from existing customers whilst managing current revenue
