Business Development Manager | Direct Mail & Print | UK – remote | £35k - £40k, OTE £70k

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and executing strategic plans to identify new business opportunities including within Retail, Leisure, Travel and Charity markets
  • Proactively seeking out potential clients through networking, visiting clients, and targeted outreach to build a robust pipeline of prospects
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions across direct mail and print including brochures, leaflets and digital print
  • Working closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless client experiences and successful project delivery
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

 

Key attributes required:

  • Experience in a business development or sales role focused on direct mail/print
  • Strong understanding of direct mail services and printing industry in the UK
  • Demonstrable success in driving sales growth, securing new business, and developing strategic partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to address client challenges and create value-added solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive company culture
