Business Development Manager | Film | UK | Excellent Salary and Benefits

This organisation specialise in a wide range of film solutions into the health, beauty and food markets. Independently owned, you will be given the autonomy to apply your own sales strategies but also have assistant from the Sales Director when needed.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing a winning new business across the UK
• Selling a diverse range of film packaging
• Setting and delivering new sales strategies
• Upselling products to existing customers
• Opening the business up to new market areas

Key attributes required:

• Proven track record of developing new business within the packaging industry
• A strong technical understanding of flexible and plastic products
• Strong communication skills with ability to build long lasting relationships with clients
• Need to be highly motivated and able to work autonomously
• The ability to present at a high level, to win over
