We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can embrace the challenge to sell top of the range labels and flexible packaging for fresh food produce. You will be knowledgeable in this market and able to tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of your clients - maintaining product freshness, enhancing shelf appeal, and meeting regulatory requirements for food safety to name a few!

Work with major players within the food industry, whilst developing a multi million pound portfolio of prestigious clients. If you enjoy working with big brand names this is the role for you!

Business Development Manager | Flexible Packaging and Labels | North UK | £35k to £45k plus OTE

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Growing and developing new business labels and packaging film for food/fresh produce
• Setting and delivering sales strategy
• Building strong relationships with key decision makers
• Nurturing strategic partnerships with an existing portfolio of lucrative accounts

Key attributes required:

• Proven track record of winning new business
• Hunger, drive and ambition to succeed
• Experience within packaging or labels
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to utilise multiple sales techniques to generate new business
