After experiencing exponential growth within their E-commerce division, this innovative organisation is looking to continue growing and winning new business within this market. Specialising in providing innovative and bespoke solutions, they have an outstanding reputation for high quality customer service due to their long lasting relationships within their supply chain.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Selling a range of packaging solutions to the retail and e-commerce markets
• Targeting areas for new business growth and on boarding clients
• Developing long lasting relationships with key decision makers
• Upholding brand values and providing a fantastic customer service experience
• Maintaining and progressing an active pipeline

Key attributes required:

• A strong background from packaging distribution in particular flexible packaging
• Knowledge of the retail industry predominantly high street and the E-commerce market desirable
• Proven track record of sourcing and winning new business
• New Business hunter mindset, enthusiastic and energetic personality
• Willingness to learn and educate self, especially flexible packaging products and look to open new market spaces
• Fantastic relationship building and communication skills
