Business Development Manager | Flexible Packaging - Laminates | UK – Based in Midlands | £60k - £70k basic + OTE

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• New business development for laminate films
• Utilising market knowledge, identifying and profiling potential new customers to Food Sector including ambient, produce, diary and pet food
• Setting and delivering new sales strategies
• Working closely with clients, establishing and developing relationships, travelling across the UK to attend client meetings when required
• Liaising with internal departments to satisfy client requirements

Key attributes required:

• Proven new business development experience
• A background within the flexible packaging industry
• A good technical understanding of flexible packaging is required
• A talent for continuing to nurture and add value to accounts
• A consultative approach with a paramount emphasis on recommendation, referrals and added value gained through exceptional service
