About the job

We are working with a time served company who have decades of experience supplying custom packaging solutions – you would be working for a group with commitment to quality through innovative flexible packaging solutions. Serving a plethora of brands and sectors such as automotive, beauty, sports,  beverage, food, pharmaceutical, medical and pet products.

 

 

You will be responsible for: 

  • Developing new business opportunities for flexible packaging, pouches, and labels
  • Implementing sales strategies in the medical, supermarkets, beverage, and sports nutrition sectors
  • Building and nurturing long lasting customer relationships 
  • Identifying clients needs and cross selling/upselling products suited accordingly 
  • Working closely with internal teams throughout the project delivery from initial concept and quoting through to completion 

 

 

Key attributes required:

  • Experience in sales and business development within packaging industries – Specifically with flexibles, pouches, and labels
  • Understanding of the medical, retail - supermarkets, beverage and sports nutrition markets
  • Skilled at to building rapport and establishing trust with key stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
