Business Development Manager | Labels | Midlands | Up to £65k plus commission

 

A global business with a UK and Irish operation, they have well developed links with companies in Europe and world-wide. Their award winning label solutions are the preferred choice across FMCG markets Food and Beverage, Personal Care, and household goods industries!

 

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and developing new sales through meetings, networking, and industry awareness
  • Developing and implementing a targeted sales strategy
  • Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences to raise company profile and upsell product range
  • Preparing sales presentations for potential new customers
  • Excellent team working, liaising with the account management team and production team to ensure KPIs are achieved

 

Key attributes required:

  • Successful B2B sales experience
  • Desirable background in the labels /printing industry
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and able to present at senior level
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate
  • Conscientious approach, skills to cross sell from product range
