Business Development Manager | Labels | M62 Corridor | Up to £55-65k, OTE £80k

 

A global company specialized in providing innovative labels and packaging solutions. The company designs and manufactures a diverse range of products, including self-adhesive labels, and flexible packaging. Offering a comprehensive range of sustainable and innovative label solutions designed to meet diverse market needs.

 

Operating across multiple countries where it serves both local and multinational clients by delivering cost-effective and efficient labels and packaging options!

 

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and developing new business for labels, targeting multiple markets including Home, Personal Care, Industrial, and Food
  • Building a network of clients and driving relationships forward
  • Providing innovative solutions to client needs and industry challenges
  • Setting the sales strategy and completing necessary reporting
  • Liaising and negotiating at an advanced level

 

Key attributes required:

  • Desirable sales experience within the labels industry or flexible packaging
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Great relationship building skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel across the North of UK for client meetings
  • A high drive and ambition to source and win new clients
