Business Development Manager | Labels | UK - remote | £60k - £70k

 

A global company specialized in providing innovative labels and packaging solutions. The company designs and manufactures a diverse range of products, including self-adhesive labels, shrink sleeves, and flexible packaging, targeting various sectors like food, beverages, and pharmaceuticals.

 

Offering tailored solutions that showcase the client brands across state of the art packaging repro and design studio services, with advanced features such as tamper-proof technologies and counterfeit prevention. Operating across multiple countries where it serves both local and multinational clients by delivering cost-effective and efficient packaging options, suited to both small and large production volumes.

 

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and developing new business for labels, having a focus on one of the following markets: Beverage, Personal Care, or Chemical/DIY
  • Building a network of clients and driving relationships forward
  • Providing innovative solutions to client needs and industry challenges,
  • Setting the sales strategy and completing necessary reporting
  • Liaising and negotiating at an advanced level

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven sales experience within the labels industry
  • Great relationship building skills
  • Outstanding client relationship skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel the UK for client meetings
  • A high drive and ambition to source and win new clients
