Business Development Manager | Labels | Yorkshire – Hybrid/Remote | £40k - £50k plus commission and company car

 

A leading company in the packaging and labelling industry, specializing in the production of digital and flexographic labels, cartonboard, and pouches. They serve a diverse range of industries and is known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and customer service, focusing on providing tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of its clients.

 

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Business Development: Selling digital labels
  • Client Partnership: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Market Insights: Keeping a pulse on industry trends to inform strategy and product development
  • Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Sales Strategy: Penetrating and expanding presence in key markets

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven experience in selling digital labels, or printed labels
  • Experience in target markets (chemical, automotive, nutrient companies, healthcare, wines, and spirits) is highly desirable
  • Strategic thinking, with a knack for identifying business opportunities and driving growth
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
