BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - LARGE FORMAT / GRAPHICS

NORTHERN TERRITORY / HYBRID WORKING

£Competitive Salary + Package To Be Tailored To Candidate

Our client is a sign and display company based in the North West. They have an in-house production facility and manufacture anything from Event Graphics, Window Displays, Retail Graphics, Site Signage, Pop Up Displays and everything in between.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. If you're a motivated go-getter with a passion for the large format printing world, they would love to meet you. With at least two years of experience and a solid track record in sales, you'll play a key role in driving the business forward.
Currently work with a mixed client base. Predominantly design agencies and creative studios, supplying print of all shape and sizes. All produced in house with an extensive plant kit.
Currently the business relies on organic sales coming from word-of-mouth, recommendations or referrals. The next stage of growth will focus on building a targeted sales approach.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth and identifying new business opportunities as well as working with existing clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Generating leads and driving sales.
  • Building strong relationships with our existing clients.
  • Overseeing the sales process from start to finish.

What You Need

  • Experience in large format printing or related industries (signage, events, graphics, etc.).
  • A proven sales track record and a passion for bringing in new business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A knack for building great relationships with clients.
  • A sense of humour and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What's In It for You

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Flexible work options (including the chance to work from home)
  • A dynamic, supportive team that loves to collaborate.
  • A fun, professional environment where you can grow and thrive
