They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a knack for identifying business opportunities, and a drive to build lasting relationships with clients. This role is critical to the growth and success the company, as you will be responsible for expanding their client base and driving revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and target potential clients across various sectors to generate new business leads.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company targets and goals.
  • Product Knowledge and Promotion: Gain a thorough understanding of their product offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to prospective clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and Deliver Presentations: Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing their solutions and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, design, and production teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Report and Track Sales Performance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets using CRM software.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Experience selling Large Format Print
  • Familiarity with the large format printing industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
