Business Development Manager | Luxury and Cosmetic Packaging | Italy - Covering Italy France & Switzerland | €80k - €90k basic + OTE

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Selling a variety of packaging solutions to the fragrance, cosmetic, beauty and luxury markets
• Sourcing and winning new business across Italy France and Switzerland
• Maintaining and growing a lucrative portfolio
• Establishing and developing long lasting relationships with clients
• Providing an excellent customer experience and upholding brand values

Key attributes required:

• Proven track record in B2B sales, business development within the luxury packaging, cosmetics, or beauty sectors
• Strong understanding of premium packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability trends
• Established network within the cosmetic and luxury brand industry in Italy
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluent in Italian & English (additional languages are a plus)
