Business Development Manager | Luxury Packaging and Rigid Boxes | Midlands and Scotland | £45k - £60k plus commission

 

Specialising in creating high-quality printed folding cartons and boxes for a variety of sectors, including luxury and confectionery, with a focus on innovative design and production. As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Developing new business across rigid boxes, premium boxes, cartons and luxury packaging, covering Midlands and Scotland
  • Pursuing and securing new clientele across a broad spectrum of industries including: Cosmetics, Personal Care, and Spirits
  • Adopting a consultative stance to offer solutions through the company's offerings
  • Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies
  • Managing accounts once accounts onboarded

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven new business experience
  • Business acumen to source business using techniques such as cold calling
  • Essential experience within the packaging industry, desirable within rigid boxes and premium/lux packaging
  • Personable and ambitious, with training and development available for Sales Director career route
  • A relationship builder, able to naturally build relationships across internal and external stakeholders!
