Business Development Manager | Luxury Packaging | UK Remote | £60,000 - £80,000 + commission

We ae excited to be working with a global leader in the design, manufacture, and delivery of bespoke packaging for some of  the world's most iconic high-end brands. With a reputation for innovation, quality, and unparalleled service, you would be partnering with clients across a plethora of sectors including beauty, spirits, fashion, and fine foods to create packaging with a focus on quality and brand elevation! 

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

•    Driving new business acquisition within the luxury packaging sector, identifying and engaging with prospective clients.

•    Developing and nurturing strong relationships with key decision makers at luxury brands.

•    Understanding client needs and collaborating with our design and production teams to propose bespoke packaging solutions.

•    Negotiating and closing high-value deals, in order to achieve and exceed sales targets.

•    Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in luxury packaging.

Key attributes required:

•    Proven track record in business development within the luxury goods or luxury packaging industry.

•    Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

•    A deep understanding of the luxury market and the intricacies of premium brand positioning.

•    Ability to build rapport and trust with high-profile clients.

•    Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
