Business Development Manager | Packaging Distributor | North Home Counties - Remote | Great Salary and Benefits Package

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and winning new business, targeting accounts worth £20k plus
• Building long term relationships by delivering a quality service
• Managing and developing existing accounts, maintaining and growing sales and profitability of new customers.
• Working to sales targets and annual KPIs
• Targeting accounts within the Industrial Food and Manufacturing sectors

Key attributes required:

• Sales experience within the UK packaging industry
• Self motivated individual, ready to hit the ground running
• Excellent customer service relationship skills
• Must have a consultative sales approach
