The investment is part of the organisation’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its market position, drive competitive advantage and broaden the options open to its customers. Embracing the latest technology has allowed them to deliver superior products and services to its customers.

They are looking to drive their success in the packaging paper and board market through the appointment of a Business Development Manager with experience of selling high-quality and sustainable paper and board products to packaging converting companies. 

The primary objective of our client is to provide a service that consistently meets or exceeds the customer requirements, and it will be your job to identify these needs and create solutions that are focused on delivering value for both customers and company. A particular focus on packaging companies’ ability to reduce costs, improve performance and enhance the sustainability of their end products will be critical in accelerating the development of business within the market. 

The role of Business Development Manager will require you to:

  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the Paper & Board market and the competitive environment to facilitate business development efforts. 
  • Outline critical capabilities needed to succeed and address the company’s gaps. 
  • Clearly understand value propositions of the company’s product portfolio.
  • Identify target customers and establish plans for attaining the business.
